First visit
The living room floor is where the first visit starts.
Not a waiting room, not an intake desk. Jennifer Kirby, PT, DPT sets up wherever you have a clear stretch of floor, and the whole conversation happens on your own furniture.
Questions first, hands second.
The evaluation isn't a formality. It's what lets your physical therapy specialist understand what you're genuinely dealing with, so the treatment plan that follows is built around the things you have stopped doing — not a generic protocol.
No clinic. Your own room, every time.
There's no treatment table here, and no exam room to book. Jennifer works with whatever's already in the house, at the heights and angles you actually live at, within a 30-minute radius of Eau Claire.
What the visits after the first one cover.
Follow-up care isn't one repeated routine. It draws from a set list of tools — manual therapy, dry needling, Graston, therapeutic exercise and activities, neuromuscular re-education, kinesiology taping — applied in whatever mix your body needs that week.
No referral needed, and a window built around a workday.
Wisconsin allows self-referral. Hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with Saturdays by appointment — so a home visit does not have to cost you a work day.
